• Hubei Enterprise Technology CenterKernel owns core competitiveness of fermentation process and extraction process, with anannual fermentation capacity of 500,000 tons. The company has multi-level stainless steel fermenters, including seven 120-ton tanks, seven 12-ton tanks, seven 1.5-tons tanks, four 20-ton tanks and twenty 15-30-100 liters pilot tank, and a variety of downstream equipment such as centrifuge, plate and frame filter, ion exchange column, membrane filtration, spray drier, vacuum drier and so on.

The main parameters of fermentation process can be monitored online by computer, and complete public supporting facilities such as water, electricity, steam and cooling are equipped. The abilities of biological toxicity test and chemical test have reached the advanced international standard.
