In 2017, MITSUI & CO., LTD. became a shareholder of Kernel.
In 2020, Phase I of Xiantao Plant (5.3 ha) was put into operation successfully, focusing on production of technical grade active ingredient (TGAI).
In 2024, Phase II of Xiantao Plant (4.0 ha) was completed for enhancing the production of formulations.
